When you sign up for this you’ll get access to a dedicated studio page for one month - you’ll get one brand new practice each week and a weekly check in email from me to keep you on track. At the end of the month you’ll have the option to renew or upgrade to the full membership!!

Dip in and out as you please with on demand classes and bundles. Perfect to try out some sessions before joining the membership.

Once purchased these classes are available for you to keep and revisit as often as you like, so whether you’re a beginner looking to build a brand new practice or you’re a runner looking for the perfect post-run stretch out there is definitely something for you here!

Pick and choose your yoga practice to suit your circumstances or follow the carefully curated monthly calendar - whether you want a 5 minute quick stretch or a full 60 minute relaxation there is something for every situation!

You’ll get 3 practices each week, plus regular check in emails & a monthly relaxation practice as well as access to the full library to choose your own class if you’d rather.
