Stretchy Side Bends

Oh yes, side bends are my favourite group of poses - I think it's because you get a whole lot of satisfying stretch for not a lot of effort!! For this one I want you to really lean in(!) to the idea of a deep, delicious stretch from hip to armpit every time we pause.
